White Glove Service

This option is for a select few that require a level of service that will ensure every detail is covered from start to finish.

What you get with our White Glove Service.


1) Once the order is placed we will send a confirmation email with your order details during normal business hours. 


2) After an email confirmation we will download your art and ensure that the quality you uploaded is acceptable to print a image that can be used in a gallery.


3) We will reach out by phone to go over your order and get to know what your expectations are.


4) We will print out the first deck of each graphic and send photos to confirm that the results  are up to your standards.  


5)  If any detail is subject to question a sample can be sent at an additional cost to confirm the results before printing the remaining order.


6) Each and every board is sprayed with an extra layer of a clear coating to help provide you and your customers and additional level of protecting your art.


7) Each board will come with its  own protective pouch so that the board can be displayed and retuned back to safety.  This will allow you and your customers to have the ability to protect it during transit from gallery to gallery or gallery to your buyers home.  


8) Once we see that your order has been delivered we will call you to make sure that your order did arrive without any damage in the shipping process.


9) If any board has been damaged in the process  or requires us to reprint the image you are free to ship it back and we will reprint free of charge.  The extra shipping fees will be billed once a claim has been made.  A claim must be made at the time we call to ensure that your boards arrived safe and sound.  If a call is made and there is no answer we will send an email and the email must be replied to in a 24 hour window to make your claim.
