Looking for a reliable blank deck supplier?
There are a lot of places selling blank skateboards today, and the quality can vary a lot. If you want the best decks, stick with a company that actually manufactures their boards here in the United States. USA-made skateboards generally have higher quality standards, better materials, and owners who take pride in what they build.
Factories in the U.S. have access to premium hard rock maple and stronger glues compared to most overseas facilities. American workers stand behind their craftsmanship, while many foreign factories mass-produce decks with little accountability for consistency or quality.
The supply chain is what truly determines deck quality.
When you buy from a company that doesn’t glue and press their own wood, you’re often getting lower-quality decks. Resellers usually shop for the cheapest price so they can maximize profit. When you buy from a true manufacturer, you get boards made by people dedicated to giving you a deck that actually feels good and holds up to real skating.
New to skateboarding and not sure which deck size to choose?
Here are a few simple tips to help you find the right size to start with:
1. Try the size your friends ride.
If a friend’s board feels good under your feet, check what size it is. This is one of the easiest ways to find the right fit.
2. Choose from the most popular sizes.
In today’s market:
70% of skaters ride 8.0”
20% ride 8.25”
5% ride 8.5”, 8.75”, or 7.75”
The least popular sizes are 7.5" and 7.6".
Because 8.0” sits right in the middle, you really can’t go wrong starting there — it’s the most common and the most versatile beginner size.
3. Match the deck size to your shoe size.
Younger or smaller skaters often start with a 7.5” or 7.75” because their feet are smaller. As a general rule, the bigger your foot, the wider the deck you’ll want.
Try to choose a size where your toes don’t hang off the rails too much.
When you're shopping for blank decks or custom-printed skateboards, it’s important to know whether you’re buying from a real USA manufacturer or from a reseller importing overseas decks. Here are a few simple ways to tell the difference and make sure you’re getting the quality you’re paying for.
If a company says “Made in USA” or “American Made Skateboards,” it means the wood, glue, pressing, and construction happen here in the United States. These decks generally use higher-quality materials and are built with tighter quality control.
This phrase is one of the most common tricks used to make imported decks sound American-made. If a company doesn’t press their own decks, they usually can’t tell you exactly what wood is inside.
After more than 25 years manufacturing boards ourselves, we know the actual veneer suppliers in the U.S. — and we know who is (and isn’t) buying real USA materials. Companies using vague wording are usually reselling overseas decks for profit, not making them.
Many foreign factories mass-produce decks at extremely high volume. When decks are produced this way, corners are often cut, and consistency becomes harder to control. Some factories even use hard maple only on the outside layers and cheaper woods like birch on the inside.
Because the reseller never sees the glue-up process, they can’t guarantee what’s actually in the board — they have to trust whatever the factory tells them.
When you buy from a real American manufacturer, you know exactly where the wood comes from, how the glue is applied, and how each deck is pressed. You’re getting consistent quality from people who take pride in building skateboards the right way.
Save big by buying factory-direct. All of our decks are proudly made in the USA with over 30 years of hands-on skateboard manufacturing experience behind them. We’re dedicated to helping your brand succeed, and every deck is built to last using high-quality glue, precision molds, and presses designed specifically for skateboards.
A well-constructed deck comes down to understanding how to work with the wood, glue, and pressure during the lamination process. There are key mechanical elements involved in pressing a deck properly — details many resellers don’t even know exist. Without these steps, boards never reach their full strength or durability.
We’ve spent decades refining our process, and that “secret sauce” is what gives our decks longer life, better pop, and the consistent quality riders expect from true American manufacturing.

While some shapes fall outside our equipment parameters and can’t be offered individually or in standard bulk listings, we can build custom blanks with different thicknesses and concave layups for larger wholesale orders.
