Blank Skateboards Dyed Vs Stain Veneer

Stain skateboard veneer is awesome in so many different ways.  People love to have stain on the top middle and bottom ply.  We like to keep it on the top and middle because having natural on the bottom helps the graphics stay true and bright.  We press this flat for the guys that like to use skateboard wood for art projects.  I have seen so many creative things wood guys make with this stain veneer.  Rings, cups, pens, the list goes on and on.  We press this up flat to eliminate the hassle of pulling off the grip tape and sanding off the paint.  This also gives the wood shop a higher yield.  Using used decks the guys have to cut the nose and tail off and press those up separately.
