How Expedited Orders Work

• Orders placed Monday through Friday before 4:00 PM enter the same-day production queue
• Weekend orders begin production on Monday
• Express production is limited to a combined total of 100 expedited orders per week
• Some express products allow multiple sizes within one design, while other products are one-size quick-order options

Important

Orders must contain only express production items to qualify for rush production. Adding standard non-express products will move the order to the normal production schedule.

Production Timeline

• 1–6 decks: ships in 2–6 business days
• 7–15 decks: ships in 7–10 business days
• 16 or more decks: standard production schedule applies

Same day printing refers to when production begins. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Artwork Requirements

Orders enter same-day production after artwork passes review. If supplied artwork requires corrections, resizing, missing files, approval updates, or other changes, production will begin once the corrected artwork is received and approved.

Service Availability

Same-day production is offered Monday through Friday before 4:00 PM, subject to equipment availability, production capacity, utility service, and material availability. In the event of machinery downtime, power outages, supply chain delays, or other production interruptions, orders will move to the next available production window.

Blind Shipping & White Label Drop Shipping

Blind shipping and white label drop shipping are available for qualifying expedited orders. Orders can ship directly to your customer without CustomSkateboards.com branding included in the shipment.
